The door lock handle (5) has a bonded projecting neck (5a) which acts on a rotating plate disk (4) at the end (5b) towards the lock in the door (3), within a housing. It imparts a swing movement around an axis (4b) at right angles to the follower (1b) axis, by the rotation (1e) of the square rod (2).
