The fan is rotated to cause an amount of fluid to flow into and out of the frame via the inlet and outlet, respectively. The guide blades then control the flow direction of the fluid flown out of the outlet of the frame. A frame (12) has an inlet (122) and an outlet (123) internally provided with a hub seat (121) for supporting a fan (11). Guide blades (14) are radially provided between the frame and the hub seat, the outer end of each blade connected to the frame to form a directional guide section (141). The inner end of each blade is fixed to the seat to form a connecting section (142).
