The artificial paving stones (A1-C1) are of modular shapes and sizes and can fit together to form a rectangular assembly (2) of a standard size and shape. They can fit together in a regular or an irregular ''crazy paving'' array. There are 39 stones (4) in each array. Several rectangular assemblies may be laid side-by-side and selected stones in adjacent arrays may be swapped over to key adjacent arrays together.
