The system has a pick-up unit (200) picking up an image of a metal surface of a target PCB. A signal analyzing unit sets relative RGB color values derived through a moisture absorption test carried out for a comparative PCB at intervals of time. The analyzing unit performs a mapping operation for the RGB signals and compares determined relative RGB values with the values derived through the moisture absorption test. An independent claim is also included for a method for analyzing a surface condition of a printed circuit board using RGB colors.
