The heavy duty anchor, which through driving in of the complete dowel and through pure clamping effect maintains it required retention power in the dowel hole, has the sum width of the spreading tabs equalling less than 70 per cent of the outside circumference of the rest of the sleeve body, and the spreading tabs of the sleeve (3) lie upon a complete truncated cone.
