Production of brushes with bristle bundles (6) and nubs made from plastic, rubber or material similar to rubber comprises inserting the bundles and the nubs into a cassette (7) having receiving holes, injecting a brush body (5), joining the bundles and the nubs to the bristle body, removing the bristle body with the injected bundles from the cassette, feeding to a workstation, and exchanging the cassette for a cassette having bristle bundles and nubs. Production of brushes with bristle bundles (6) and nubs made from plastic, rubber or material similar to rubber comprises inserting the bundles and the nubs into a cassette (7) having receiving holes, injecting a brush body (5), joining the bundles and the nubs to the bristle body, removing the bristle body with the injected bundles from the cassette, feeding to a workstation, and exchanging the cassette for a cassette having bristle bundles and nubs. An independent claim is also included for a brush produced by the above process.
