The mobile telephone has a rigid body fitted with an outer sleeve incorporating air pockets, provided as an annular cushion with a semi-circular cross-section with a thickness which fits within the thickness of the mobile telephone and formed in one piece with a rear wall which springs outwards and provided with an integral loop at one end of the mobile telephone. Also included are Independent claims for the following: (a) a method for control of a water-tight mobile telephone provided with a light signal device; (b) a method for activation of a light signal of a mobile telephone.
