The tool for the removal of molded plastics components (9), caught at the back, has radial removal slides (1) which ride on rails aligned at an outward angle in relation to the component axis (10). On removal of the component, it is forced radially outwards in relation to its axis. The rails are within grooves with angled surfaces (15) in inserts (2), fitted with limit stops to restrict the slide movements.
