The device has a securing bolt fixed in one of bore holes on a rear block of a palette, which is drawn downward, to secure loaded materials in place. Tensioning devices e.g. belt tension devices, are employed to achieve tensioning forces of varying degrees. The palette pulls itself because the bolt in the hole props/sticks out across on a base while tensioning. The holes are drilled in each external corner block of the palette.
