The fixing has a fixing rod or fixing tube (1) and a plug-in sleeve (2), provided with a projecting pin (6) cooperating with a U-shaped notch (101) in the plug-in end (10) of the fixing rod or fixing tube, when this is fitted into the reception opening (28) of the plug-in sleeve, with locking of the fixing rod or fixing tube in the plug-in sleeve by rotation through 90 degrees to bring the projecting pin into an end position (104) of the U-shaped notch, in which it is held by a spring element (7).
