The circular saw blade has a disc body (1) with saw teeth (8) around its circumference and a central opening acting as a clamp hole (7) for fixing to a drive shaft, together with a number of apertures (2) with differing surface structures for surface tension distribution, providing a given overall geometry. The apertures are provided on their peripheral sides with rounded convex contours corresponding to the thickness of the disc body, or with convex peripheral beads projecting from the surface of the disc body.
