The plant (10) for the filling and sealing of plastic bags (14) has a filling machine (11) with a rotor (15) rotating around a vertical axis at constant RPM and equipped with seam welding devices for the filling head. Pivotably mounted bag support units (13) are allocated to the individual welding devices and accept the plastic bags taken from the filling units after the forming of the welded seam, and transfer them to a delivery belt (12) driven at the rotational speed of the rotor and installed tangentially to it.
