The unit has at its lateral surface a spin-free rotation cutter. The lateral surface is worked on in a hardened condition and a sealing surface is formed. A sealing rim lies close to a preloaded seal. The unit is formed by a lateral surface of an inner ring (2) having a radial antifriction bearing. An outer ring is concentrically mounted where between both rolling members (4) are arranged. The seal arranged in the outer ring is protected against the lateral surface of the inner ring under pre-loading. The inner ring has a chamfered profile.
