The bolt has a head (1) with a central bore hole running through a middle of an axis, where the hole absorbs shear forces. An expanding mandrel with a head is introduced in the hole from a bottom of the bolt. The mandrel reaches the top of the bolt head. A dowel pin (3) is introduced in the hole and includes a securing unit (4) at the bottom. A spring is tightened and loosened, so as to unlock and lock the bolt, respectively.
