The implement has a sleeve-shaped outer casing (3) with an ink reservoir supplying a drawing/writing tip (7), and a protective chamber at one end with a closure device (8.2,10) for an aperture for the tip. The device is formed, so that its aperture (11) is opened when it is expanded. The end of the pen body having the writing/drawing tip forms a first control surface, which engages on inner faces of the closure device when the drawing/writing element (2) is moved from non-active into writing position. The aperture is located in a part of the device formed from an elastic material.
