Hull module for catamaran boat has non-load-bearing skin made of two hull half-shells joined together along centerline by keel and supported by internal frame connected to frame of second hull
The catamaran hull module (1) may have an elongated oval shape as seen in plan view. It has symmetrical bow (3) and stern-sections (9) joined to symmetrical midships sections (5,7). The hull module has a non-load- bearing skin made of two hull half-shells joined together along the centerline by a girder acting as a keel. An internal frame supports each hull skin which may be of oval or part-oval cross-section. The frames for the two hulls are connected together.
