The method involves storing location information of a mobile device in a visiting location register (VLR) of a location service server (12). Digital services are stored in a database system (13) with device location and identification information. A trigger system searches the system (13) to find whether to evoke/stop a service if the device moves to/from a cell that is marked as trigger area based on updated information in the VLR. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a data medium including software with instructions that when executed accomplishes mobile network services (B) a computer system including an equipment to execute mobile network services.
