The support and fixing device is provided by a 2-armed flat component carrier hump (5), of open triangular shape, provided with fixing straps (6) on either side, the lightning conductor wire or band secured in retention openings (8) in the carrier hump without need for screws, the arms (1) of the carrier hump having a spring elastic characteristic. The angle defined between the arms is reduced by overcoming the spring force, for facilitating insertion of the lightning conductor in insertion slits (2) with a width corresponding to the lightning conductor diameter or thickness, the lightning conductor clamped when the arms are released.
