The mechanism has a point of usage for manual taking of a bristle and a mechanism (5) opens the bristles. A support mechanism (17) holds an opened shroud (2a) when taking the bristles (3). The opening mechanism cuts the shroud following an axial relative motion between the bristle and the shroud. The opening mechanism has two cutting tools which face the bristles.
