The valve has a valve piston (6) lying with a control chamber seat seal (16). A fluid outlet is provided in addition to a throttle in the piston. The fluid outlet connects a control chamber with an outlet opening (3) of the valve when the valve is open. The ratio of diameter of a valve seat (7) to the diameter of the piston is 0.35. The seal locks the chamber on a control chamber seat when the valve is closed.
