摘要

The communication is conducted via the communications network, e.g. telephone network or Internet. Each communication partner is assigned a network terminal. Verbal and/or nonverbal expressions of one of the partners are determined using a sensor, which feeds the data to a computer. The computer program automatically determines the emotional content of the dialog. Based on this content the psychical state of the partners mind is concluded and further processed by a computer. An independent claim is also included for a system for emotional dialog management.
