The roller has cylindrical bodies that are rotated around a roller axle (1), and carrier plates (2) arranged on the roller axle and fitted with radial and/or peripheral braces that is operated in a circular/radial direction. Working units are covered by ring shaped plates (4) that are made of soft, textile material. The units are concentrically arranged at the axle and operate together with the carrier plates. The ring shaped plates are made of a cleaning plush, which consists of microfibers.
