The adjusting device has a body on which is arranged a positioning device. A cover is coupled to one side of the body. A screen is arranged on the cover. The positioning device has a body which receives a threaded spindle and a positioning wheel for driving the spindle so as to move the spindle forwards or backwards such that it changes the support position of a head of the spindle at an operative zone of the cover. A pivot angle of the cover is controlled so as to set and remember the viewing angle of the screen.
