The dispenser has an output unit issuing playing cards. The cards are ejected by mechanism powered by a motor (2). A base portion allows movement of an upper portion to the positions of players/discarded cards. Another mechanism moves the dispenser in a new output direction. An electronic machine control controls mechanical components to distribute the cards. An opto-electronic circuit (4) recognizes the position of the unit.
