The device has a frame (21) that is connected to a harvester-thresher (1) through a swinging mechanism (27). The mechanism has a four-bar mechanism and a lever whose positions are adjusted by a cam disc to move a working tool (25) from a working position (A) to a maintenance position (W) or transport position (T). The tool moves from access areas to a cleaning device and drawbar when its position is changed from the working position. The working tool has a feeding base and a chaff distributor that are operated through a hydromotor. The working tool is arranged in the rear side of the harvester.
