A fibrous proportion (A) of 30-50% is orientated axi-parallel along the body (3), or at an angle of preferably 5[deg]-15[deg] with respect to the axis. A further proportion (B) of the fibers, makes an angle (beta ) of 35[deg]-55[deg] with respect to the axis. The remainder (R) is aligned circumferentially or at an angle of preferably 78[deg]-89?0 with respect to the axis. A similar alternative configuration of fiber layers is described. The thermal coefficient of expansion along the length of the body is between -1 x 10-6 and +1 x 10-6 1/K, or there is no longitudinal thermal expansion at all. The modulus of elasticity along the body is 60-300 GPa. Holders are attached along the body by shrinkage, adhesion, riveting and/or screwing. The reinforcing fibers used are carbon, glass and/or aramide, and 40-70% are included. the body is round or polygonal in cross section.
