The flat foldable cardboard blank (1) has a number of fold lines (19,20,21,27) defining the edges of side members (2-5) and a handle (28). There is a handgrip slit (12) in a first carrier wall connected to a strip (6) welded (7) to a further portion for construction of the bottle holder. The first carrier wall is fastened to a first narrow sidewall fastened to an outer wall with the handle, fastened in turn to a second narrow sidewall. The floor of the carrier is made of small flaps (8-11).
