The carrying elements (10) are provided with rectangular recesses at the ends (13) pointing towards the wall to be used for the accommodation of holding elements protruding from the wall. Horizontally positioned swivel bearings facilitate (17, 18) a slight vertical adjusting motion but prevent the element (10) from rotating. The adjusting devices are vertically positioned and located between the wall and the swivel bearings (17, 18). A lateral groove (11) can be used for the insertion of the edges of a board.
