摘要

An impact absorbing housing for an air conditioning/heating system for a vehicle has a lower section (2) and an upper section (1) which telescope together under vertical impact. One of the section has a surrounding groove (3) near to the joining edge and which is gripped by eccentric locking levers (5) mounted on the other section. Vertical force onto the housing causes the locking levers to be displaced and allows the housing to be compressed. The free ends (4) of the locking levers are longer than the locking ends.
