A pharmaceutical active substance (I), for the treatment of cancers of liver, colon and kidney, comprises a peptide toxin (A), 5 enzymes (B), alternatively at least one antagonistically and/or synergistically active substance, where two enzymes are obtained from Crotalus durissus durissus. A pharmaceutical active substance (I), for the treatment of cancers of liver, colon and kidney, comprises at least a peptide toxin (A), 5 enzymes (B), alternatively at least one antagonistically and/or synergistically active substance, where two enzymes are obtained from Crotalus durissus durissus and at least (A), (B), antagonistically and/or synergistically active substance derived from the toxin of spiders (Sicarius albospinosus or Loxosceles berger), animals (Scolopendra subspinipes), snakes (Crotalus durissus durissus) and reptiles (Heloderma) or ant (bull ant type), and the specified substances have a molecular weight of 3-60 kDa. Independent claims are also included for (1) a pharmaceutical active substance for the treatment of cancers of liver, colon and kidney, comprises either at least (A) or (B), at least one antagonistically and/or synergistically active substance, where two enzymes are obtained by Crotalus durissus durissus; or at least (A) or (B) and antagonistically/synergistically active substance derived from the toxin of spiders (Sicarius albospinosus or Loxosceles berger), animals (Scolopendra subspinipes), snakes (Crotalus durissus durissus), reptiles (Heloderma) or ant (bull ant) and the specified substances have a molecular weight of 3-60 kDa; and (2) the preparation of (I). ACTIVITY : Cytostatic; Antibacterial; Fungicide; Antitubercular; Tuberculostatic; Antiparasitic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Peptide therapy; Antagonist; Synergist.
