The travelling gear (1), especially a single rail bottom flange travelling gear for lifting equipment, has two mounting elements (3) upon each of which is mounted a wheel running on a rail (2). The mounting elements are axially movable and lockable on a cross bar (5). The mounting elements are fixable axially on the cross bar by means of a locking element in such a way that a pivotability of the mounting element around the longitudinal axis of the cross bar is made possible.
