The device has a framework of wood, metal or composite material with an air passage manufactured part and a subset of prefabricated stage framework locally installed. Holes allow tie bars to connect to further parts. Longitudinal axes are lateral on a straight line to the framework for allowing a tie bar with an opposite pair of drillings. The quantity of the straight lines of all drillings pairs completes the underflow. The tie bars have pins at their opposite final ends which fix the respective tie bar in the respective opposite pair of holes. The fixed tie bars of the one closed surface screen end plates are fitted with a foil or matting lining and arranged on the framework. The tie bars cover a tubular structure, where a first, short pipe of larger diameter is carried at its closed end and a pin lies on the tubing longitudinal axis. A second, longer pipe of larger diameter lies at its closed end on the tubing longitudinal axis. Both open ends of the pipes allow a connecting tube of smaller diameter to be connected. The pipes provide strength and the positive fastening of the connecting tubes.
