The method involves bringing ground material into a mixer which is turned at a high number of revolutions. Water is added under pressure into the mix and then poured and allowed to dry to form granulates. The formed granulates before the delivery and drying process stay in the mixer at a low number of revolutions. The grain size of the ground material amounts to maximally 150micro meters and 90 per cent of the grain size are smaller than 63 micro meters. An independent claim is included for a device.
