The method involves connecting a screening (4) and an isolator of each unilateral antennae through transistors. The transistors are connected anti-parallel with one another and are attached at ends of other transistors. Cross sections of the antennae are formed in type of a hyper bola, where emitted electrical field perpendicular to the antennae is modified from point to point in a quadrate. An independent claim is also included for a device for generating gas flow for a drive of an air cushion vehicle.
