Ice cream (I), comprises an ice cream base component and an additional component (which supports the stimulation of the brain function) comprising extract (A) of guarana seeds and/or grounded guarana seeds, extract (B) of Gingko biloba, at least a vitamin-B (C) and L-tyrosine (D). An independent claim is also included for use of a consumptional composition comprising the components of (A-D) as additional component for ice cream.
