The outer door (1), for a building, has a frame (2) to hold at least one door panel (3) with a number of frame profiles (5) joined together along their lengths. The profiles are window frame profiles, with at least three profile sections. Two profiles (5a,5b) are of metal forming the outer surface (2.2) and inner side (2.1) of the frame, and the third profile (5c) between them is of a thermal insulation material with at least two webs (6). A sealing profile (9) is at the center profile, with a sealing lip (9.1) which lies against the panel when it is closed.
