Vehicle comprises a cooling water stream which can be increased from a minimal flow at lower engine temperatures to a maximum flow at higher engine temperatures depending on starting up the engine (4), whilst the heating performance of the heating element (3) is reduced from a high heating efficiency at lower engine temperatures to a minimal value with increasing engine temperatures. An independent claim is also included for a method for temperature management of a vehicle. Preferred Features: A coupling arranged in the drive shaft of a water pump (6) of a cooling water circulation (5) and/or a valve actuated via a control unit are provided in the cooling water stream.
