The wireless recording and remote monitoring method involves providing a measurement device (1) that is miniaturized and/or ergonomically designed to such an extent that an animal under investigation is almost unaffected in terms of its perception, in its movement processes and in its natural environment. An independent claim is also included for a device for wireless recording and remote monitoring of muscle activities of animals.
