A device which can be used as an in-use water supply reservoir, and also as a disinfectant supply reservoir during off-line cleaning in place (C.I.P.), e.g. for a dental surgery, comprises a bottle (10) with a removable top adaptor (20), at least one manual valved inlet (31, 32) for compressed air and venting, an outlet connection (40) for liquid, and an internal dip pipe (50).
