Straw-based material/fertilizer spreading machine, uses rotating distributing elements for metering straw-based material via injector into spreader lines

A machine for distributing straw-based material and fertilizer from a container having spreader lines (37) which can fold into a traveling position and have two or more exit openings for the straw based material. Rotating distributing elements (44) are provided for metering the straw-based material in each case via an injector (38) into the spreader lines (37). An air distributor (34) supplies the injectors (38) and spreader lines (37) with transportation air. The main container (not shown) has at least two exit openings on either side of its direction of travel each opening being assigned a metering/dosing element (44) driven from a speed variable motor (hydro-motor) (48) and each supplying a group of spreader lines (37) on the same side with straw-based material. An independent claim is included for a method for operating a pneumatic spreader.
