Torsion spring comprises an abutment (1) arranged on its outer periphery and an inner abutment (5) for coupling to moving and deformable components. The abutments can be rotated relative to each other. Each abutment is assigned a recess (6, 7) for an end section (8, 9) of a spring body (2, 4) that acts against the relative rotation of the abutments. The spring body (2) connected to the outer abutment is coupled via at least one coupling element (3) to the spring body (4) connected to the inner abutment in a series connection. Independent claims are also included for: (1) Torsion spring assembly comprising at least two torsion springs; and (2) Arrangement comprising at least two torsion spring assemblies.
