Torsion spring comprises an abutment (1) arranged on its outer periphery and an inner abutment (5) for coupling to moving and deformable components. The abutments can be rotated relative to each other. Each abutment is assigned a recess (6, 7) for an end section (8, 9) of a spring body (2, 4) that acts against the relative rotation of the abutments.
