A locker (14) has fixing holes (16a-16d) formed at regular intervals and a slot. A striker, coupled to a vehicle body panel, is selectively inserted into the fixing holes after moving along the slot of locker. One end of a return spring (28) is fixed to the inner frame of a seatback while the other end is fixed to locker to provide recovery force to original position when locker is upwardly pulled.
