An aqueous decontamination agent has an anionic, amphoteric, non-ionic surfactant with an admixture. Caused by foam application in the aqueous decontamination agent, bio-availability is increased in harmful substances for native microorganisms in a contaminated soil. An independent claim is also included for a method for soil and/or underground reclamation by means of an aqueous decontamination agent with a foam generator.
