The device has a seal cap (V) with an interconnecting unit that is connected with a container (2). The cap has a storage (1) to enable storing of gas e.g. carbon dioxide, inside the container to create a stationary condition, where the storage has an exterior surface. An adaptor unit refills the gas in the container and covers the device. A positioning unit (3) is transitive and movable relative to the cap.
