The ICT adaptor has an UV light emitter and current leading to measuring points which ionize the circuit boards. The UV rays of light are delivered and are under voltage by the electrodes. A reflector surface or electrode is fed by the air-ionizing electromagnetic jet up to a measuring point or a contact soldered connection of the plate. Additionally an electronic control unit steers and controls the air ionizing emitter.
