A spherical bearing for the side sections (3) of a spectacle frame has a simple construction comprising two interlocking bearing shells which grip the T-shaped end of the side frame. The T-shaped profile includes a spherical shape and locates in a recess between the shells. The whole fitting is secured by a snap fastening and requires no additional components.
