The holder has gripping lugs connected with each other in a rotatable fashion through a flexible joint. The lugs contact with an exterior of a drinking glass though rubber balls. The lugs are opened to accommodate the glass and closed around the exterior of the glass, where the glass slides over brushes located in a water filled wash basin and rotated by the lugs such that an inner portion of the glass gets cleaned.
