The ladder has steps, ladder units (1), and two telescopic supports (4, 4a) arranged laterally at the ladder units. The telescopic supports are fixed at the upper region of the ladder units through holes in the sides of the ladder units by horizontally and vertically rotatable hinge for adjusting the height of the supports. Rotatable parts (5, 5a) are fixed at upper ends of the support for obtaining better posture.
