The circuit has a control unit (10) connected to a Hall element (11), a motor (13) and a motor protection circuit (1a), a MOS element (15), a rear protection circuit (1b) and a temperature control circuit (1c). The Hall element is arranged at rotor point of the motor to detect the motor characteristics. The motor and motor protection circuit are configured to inhibit the counter electromagnetic force at the end of the coil, to control the counter electromagnetic force at equal current intensities and simultaneously absorb the magnetic noise generated by two inductors.
