The cable (7) passes through a bush (8) made of polyethylene held in a metal tube (6). The cable is under tension and bends through a small angle as it passes through the tube. Steel lugs (5) on the tube have apertures accommodating a pivot bolt (4) engaging lugs attached to a baseplate (9) on the front surface of the concrete construction (10). Screws with dowels (3) engage in blind bores in the concrete to hold the baseplate in plate. A bore (11) through the concrete accommodates a rod (2) attached to an anchor (1) on the rear side of the concrete.
